Austrian artist Klemens Torggler has reinvented the mechanics of a traditional door, without fixed hinges and a doorknob, he’s created a non-obtrusive entryway design called Evolution Door or flip panel door. Made of wood, steel, or glass this functional door appears to be more of a sculptural piece, which folds seamlessly like rotating origami squares and works from both sides. His gallery is currently based in Vienna, and only produce some prototypes.
