A beautifully rendered cookbook by culinary advisor and chef Mikkel Karstad. The Danish gourmet featured in this book uses simple ingredients and is one of his many series of Nordic cooking endeavours. Karstad is a consultant chef at NOMA restaurant and known for contributing to gastronomic savor of the European cuisine. This cookbook presents Karstad in a more intimate setting with his family foraging and cooking with his kids using minimal ingredients. It boasts the varied tastes of what the landscape offers from breakfast, salad, to foraging in woods and scouring the seabed.
